Human Resources Manager Job Dublin IT

Our client a large multinational technology Company require a HR Manager

Purpose of the role

Responsible for providing strategic human resource direction within the Ireland senior business team. Within your client areas, you will have responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy.
Be a key member of the Ireland Leadership team and have responsibility for contributing to the overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively partner with senior management and colleagues to achieve business targets and growth.
Contribute to the business plan and strategy at Business Unit and HR levels.
Define HR actions and interventions which enable the delivery of business objectives specifically
Deliver the Ireland labour budget in conjunction with Finance and their client areas.
Develop and maintain a high performance culture.
Build and develop a high performing leadership team in client areas.
Drive the talent management and succession agenda.
Drive the employee relations and employee engagement agendas.
Ensure HR Practices are aligned to deliver the required business culture and strategy
Evaluate the effectiveness of people management Practices/processes.
Lead and manage change programs.
Play a key leadership role within the Ireland HR team.
Effectively manage resources to deliver objectives.

Commercial and business awareness and connectivity
