Buying property to rent to parents... - Zillow Real Estate Advice

I have seen such things done in the past, but have never seen anyone put it "in writing." ?They just order a payment/gift to be made to "x" people for "x" reasons in escrow--or they do it afterwords.

I would consult your CPA for proper advice on how to do this the "cheapest" way possible, and it is nice to see offspring not trying to take advantage of their own parents. ?
