Back in 2007, Tracie Rice had the ride of her life, and now she's getting retribution?

Lindsay Lohan's insurance company dropped $500,000 clams after settling out of court with Rice. The insurance felt they would have a losing battle if the case went in front of a jury, so they conceded the dough.
Tracie lost her job and has battled mental health issues since the high speed chase involving LiLo, her daughter and herself.
We think they're right about who'd the jury would feel sorry for!
Three males claimed they were kidnapped and carjacked that night as well and their case in going to trial this summer.
On top of this, she STILL has her alleged hit and run to deal with!
Cars and Lindsay do not mix! But at least things are looking up for her!
